Valued Customers, Vendors, and Friends,
After 82 years of servicing you, it is with great regret that I announce that Maintenance Engineering Corporation, a supplier of valve products, has closed its doors. The decision to close was not an easy one, nonetheless, a step that had to be taken. My tenure with Maintenance Engineering started in 1969 to 1975 and then again from 1986 to present; it has been my pleasure to have known and worked with you.
Being in the valve industry for many years and establishing long lasting relationships, made my desire to stay connected strong. The business world being what it is, a combination of acquisitions, mergers, timing and luck, presented an opportunity for me to do just that. I am pleased to inform you that I will be joining forces with Petro-Valve, Inc. based in Houston, Texas. Petro-Valve, houses one of the largest valve inventories in the nation. My experience and their tenacious approach to business make this pairing a great combination. I will now be in a position to better serve you with greater inventories, and the latest technology on the market.
